Inquiries on room availability may be made anytime via e-mail or phone. Reservations are held with a credit card and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00.
First time guests are required to visit The Dogwoods in advance of their proposed reservation for a tour, interview, and observation period. This visit, lasting approximately 2 hours, gives us the opportunity to make sure your pet's needs can be met and social skills are in place.
For your own pet's well-being as well as that of our other guests, we require proof of current DHLPPC, kennel cough (Bordatella), and rabies (or titer equivalent) vaccinations.
During flea season, from May 1 through November 1, guests must be on a flea and tick prevention program. Advantage™ and Frontline™ Top Spot are acceptable preventatives whereas flea collars and sprays are not.
